CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS & EXCHANGE

We accept cancellations only if the request is made before your order is dispatched. We do accept return and exchange if the product is unused and resalable within 5 days of purchase. You will require a purchase invoice to proceed with this request. Please inform us with your contact info at support@brocadeofficial.com. We will contact you after we receive the e-mail and we will go through the process. Customer will have to bare the delivery/pickup charge for exchange and return.

Brocade Official's Exchange policy allows for exchanges within 5 days of purchase. After this period, exchanges will not be offered. Please note that damaged goods caused by the customer cannot be returned. We only replace defective or damaged items, and if you need to exchange an item for the same one, you can visit our Brocade Jhamsikhel Store or Brocade Boudha Store if you're within Kathmandu Valley. However, if you're an outstation customer, you'll need to send the product to our location address, and you'll be responsible for paying for the shipping costs. To exchange a product, please mail it to Brocade Official at Chabahil, Mahankal, Kathmandu, 6, Nepal. The time it takes for the exchanged product to reach you will depend on your location.

In order to complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back directly. Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll send you an email or a call to notify you that we've received it. We'll also inform you if your exchange is approved or rejected. Please note that replacement items are subject to availability, and if the item you wish to exchange is out of stock, we may offer you a refund instead.
