Esewa Payment Policies

1. When customer checkout through esewa, and stays in landing page of esewa for more than 5 minutes, the order will be cancelled. 

2. Customer have to login and pay the amount within 5 minutes for the order confirmation, else the order will be cancelled.

3. We are not responsible of the payments done after 5 minutes from the checkout time.

5. For refund, please mention us reference code of esewa to verify it. Without reference code, we are not going to refund the payment.

6. Refunds will be available during office hours i.e. 10 am - 5 pm.
