1. When will my orders be processed?
We aim to process all orders within the same day. The delivery time depends on the place of destination and the ordered time.
Inside valley : 24-48 hours of working days
Outside valley : 3-6 working days
Pre-orders: 7-10 working days
2. How do I return an item?
Please contact us at support@brocadeofficial.com with your order reference number. You can also contact our customer service which is open from Sunday to Friday, 10am to 5pm (Nepal time).
3. Do you ship packages internationally?
Yes, we do ship packages internationally but additional shipping charges and fees will be applied.
4. What if there are missing or wrong items when I receive my order?
For missing or wrongly shipped items, please contact us at support@brocadeofficial.com or contact: 980238960 with your order reference number. You can also contact our customer service which is open from Sunday to Friday, 10 am to 5 pm (Nepal time).
5. Do I need to create an account to shop online?
No, you dont need to create an account to purchase from the online store. But there are benefits on creating an account such as parcel tracking, view past orders, and save details so that forms are pre-filled for future purchases. By creating an account, you will also be viable for Loyalty Club system.
6. What happens if I receive a faulty item?
If you, unfortunately receive a faulty item, please send it back to us within 3 days or send us an email on the same day you received it at support@brocadeofficial.com with a description of the fault and we will initiate the matter and arrange a replacement as soon as possible.
7. Which form of payment do you accept?
We accept Credit Cards, Cash on Delivery and FonePay at the moment.
8. Do you offer loyalty points or reward points, gift certificates, etc.?
Yes, we offer loyalty programs to our customers. You will be a part of the Loyalty Program from the moment you create an account with us, you will begin to earn points with every purchase. Your loyalty points can be redeemed towards orders at any time. Your loyalty points will be available as an option to include at checkout. 9. What should I do if the payment is not accepted?
If the payment is not accepted, please try again in a little while. You can also verify your account balance if the payment is not accepted.
