LACE SCARF
Square silk scarf in black on off-white. A dense lace floral fills the top and both sides — scrolling stems, large petalled blooms and pointed leaves, all built from fine net and picot detail so the pattern reads as worked thread rather than drawn line. The lower centre is left open, dropping the density away to bare ground. "Brocade" sits small in the bottom left corner in the italic serif with the swash B. A thin black keyline frames the square.

CARE
Hand wash cold, mild detergent. No soaking, wringing or scrubbing the print. No bleach. Hang dry in shade. No tumble dry. No iron over print. No dry clean.

Orders are processed the same day. Delivery time depends on your location:
- Inside Kathmandu Valley — 24–48 hours
- Outside the valley — 3–6 working days
- Pre-orders — 7–10 working days
A tracking number is emailed once your parcel is dispatched. We ship internationally for additional charges.
CUSTOMS & DUTIES
For international orders, customs charges and import duties are not included in the price and are payable by the customer on delivery. These are set by the destination country.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We accept returns and exchange requests within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, and returned in their original packaging with all tags attached.
To start a return or exchange, contact support@brocadeofficial.com or on our whatsapp: +977 971-4511035 within the 14-day window. The item must then be sent back to us before any exchange or refund is processed.
Once we receive the item, it will be inspected to confirm it meets the conditions above. If the item is eligible, we will dispatch the exchange or issue the refund. If the item does not meet the conditions, it will be returned to the customer and no refund or exchange will be issued.
Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the requested size or item is unavailable, we will offer an alternative or a refund.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or was sent in error.
Customer service is open Sunday to Friday, 10am–10pm.
