Part of the Brocade University edition. Full-zip hood in heavyweight cotton, boxy through the body with ribbed cuffs and hem and a kangaroo pocket split by the zip. Left chest carries the Brocade University seal in mid blue — arched collegiate caps around a crowned quartered shield holding a blackletter B, a small dino, "18" and a blackletter U. The back runs the same crest large and centred, opened up with crossed laurel, star-tipped ribbons either side and "EST. 2020" on the banner below. "Brocade University" sits in small blackletter across the front of the hood. Heather grey throughout.

CARE
Zip fully closed before washing. Machine wash cold, inside out, gentle cycle. Wash with like colours. No bleach. Tumble dry low or hang dry. No iron over print. No dry clean.

SHIPPING
Orders are processed the same day. Delivery time depends on your location:
- Inside Kathmandu Valley — 24–48 hours
- Outside the valley — 3–6 working days
- Pre-orders — 7–10 working days
A tracking number is emailed once your parcel is dispatched. We ship internationally for additional charges.
CUSTOMS & DUTIES
For international orders, customs charges and import duties are not included in the price and are payable by the customer on delivery. These are set by the destination country.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We accept returns and exchange requests within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, and returned in their original packaging with all tags attached.
To start a return or exchange, contact support@brocadeofficial.com or on our whatsapp: +977 971-4511035 within the 14-day window. The item must then be sent back to us before any exchange or refund is processed.
Once we receive the item, it will be inspected to confirm it meets the conditions above. If the item is eligible, we will dispatch the exchange or issue the refund. If the item does not meet the conditions, it will be returned to the customer and no refund or exchange will be issued.
Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the requested size or item is unavailable, we will offer an alternative or a refund.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or was sent in error.
Customer service is open Sunday to Friday, 10am–10pm.
