DUAL SHADOW JACKET
Boxy zip jacket built from two fabrics: a black and white check flannel body and shoulder cap, with black heavy twill sleeves running from a false short-sleeve line down to ribbed cuffs, so it reads as a layered fit in one piece. Point collar, full zip backed by a black snap placket, and welt pockets angled into the front panels. Black rib at collar band, hem and cuffs pulls the whole thing together. A zip utility pocket sits on the left twill sleeve, and a metal Brocade tag is set at the pocket.

CARE
Zip fully closed before washing. Hand wash cold, inside out, mild detergent. No soaking, wringing or scrubbing. No bleach. Hang dry in shade. No tumble dry. No iron over the check panels or hardware. No dry clean.

SHIPPING
Orders are processed the same day. Delivery time depends on your location:
- Inside Kathmandu Valley — 24–48 hours
- Outside the valley — 3–6 working days
- Pre-orders — 7–10 working days
A tracking number is emailed once your parcel is dispatched. We ship internationally for additional charges.
CUSTOMS & DUTIES
For international orders, customs charges and import duties are not included in the price and are payable by the customer on delivery. These are set by the destination country.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We accept returns and exchange requests within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, and returned in their original packaging with all tags attached.
To start a return or exchange, contact support@brocadeofficial.com or on our whatsapp: +977 971-4511035 within the 14-day window. The item must then be sent back to us before any exchange or refund is processed.
Once we receive the item, it will be inspected to confirm it meets the conditions above. If the item is eligible, we will dispatch the exchange or issue the refund. If the item does not meet the conditions, it will be returned to the customer and no refund or exchange will be issued.
Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the requested size or item is unavailable, we will offer an alternative or a refund.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or was sent in error.
