CROSS HATCH HOODIE
Boxy oversized pullover hood in heavy cotton terry, wide through the body with ribbed cuffs and hem and a deep kangaroo pocket. The hood is the whole piece — cut in a flannel mix in black and white check, running the full panel front and back so it reads as a solid block from behind and frames the face in check when it's up. Body stays flat black throughout, no print anywhere. A small steel tag sits at the right edge of the pocket, and the black woven rosette tab sits inside the hood opening.

CARE
Hand wash cold, inside out, mild detergent. No soaking, wringing or scrubbing. No bleach. Hang dry in shade. No tumble dry. No iron over the hood panel or hardware. No dry clean.

SHIPPING
Orders are processed the same day. Delivery time depends on your location:
- Inside Kathmandu Valley — 24–48 hours
- Outside the valley — 3–6 working days
- Pre-orders — 7–10 working days
A tracking number is emailed once your parcel is dispatched. We ship internationally for additional charges.
CUSTOMS & DUTIES
For international orders, customs charges and import duties are not included in the price and are payable by the customer on delivery. These are set by the destination country.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We accept returns and exchange requests within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, and returned in their original packaging with all tags attached.
To start a return or exchange, contact support@brocadeofficial.com or on our whatsapp: +977 971-4511035 within the 14-day window. The item must then be sent back to us before any exchange or refund is processed.
Once we receive the item, it will be inspected to confirm it meets the conditions above. If the item is eligible, we will dispatch the exchange or issue the refund. If the item does not meet the conditions, it will be returned to the customer and no refund or exchange will be issued.
Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the requested size or item is unavailable, we will offer an alternative or a refund.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or was sent in error.
